Went to the New Braunfels office and used the DPS site to download forms and make sure I had all the documents required. Also used the get in line online and when I got to the office and got my number from the kiosk walked over to sit down, but didn't make it, they were already calling my number. Rosa, was highly professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Her performance reflects highly on herself and DPS. That was the best experience I have had in years and the system worked perfectly.
