I want to commend one of your customer service representatives at the Georgetown office. Fatima went above and beyond to help me in the process of upgrading my driver license from my old license to the new REAL ID driver license. I did not show up at her desk with the proper form filled out. She gave me a copy of the form and waited patiently while I filled out the form. She then started on my license and noted that I was a US Armed Forces veteran, but did not have it noted on my old license. After getting all of the other information entered, she allowed me to drive home and get a copy of my DD214 to prove my veteran status. After I got my DD214 and drove back to the driver license office, Fatima allowed me to come back directly to her desk and served me after her current customer. She verified my veteran status and entered it into the system. I now have a new license verifying my veteran status.
