I would like to commend Gary Brinkman and the staff at Telecom for all the hard work and long hours getting our employees setup to receive their office calls remotely using Jabber. Gary was my initial contact with telecom and helped me with getting several people setup. As the issues continued to arise, I started creating tickets in Cherwell and assigned them to the telecom team. At a time where we really needed it, these employees stepped up to the plate and worked long hours to make sure that the rest of us could continue to work as normal as possible.
