I was stopped on I-35 heading north because of a missing front license plate on the vehicle I rented. The attending officer was named Officer Kinslow. I found him to be extremely professional, polite and helpful in getting us the information we needed and getting us back on the road. He took the time to introduce himself, get our names, and make sure to educate us on the importance of front plates, using the right shoulder to pull off and other matters. Despite what could have been a stressful event, I found Officer Kinslow to be a gold standard for officer engagement with civilians.
