I have been in the Security Business for 20 years. When the TOPS program was launched, It was a nightmare. Vast improvements have been made. When things go right it is great. When things go wrong it is a nightmare. Trying to get them correct can be a challenge. You could wait hours on line to talk to someone and what you were told would happen, usually did not. But lately the response times have been very good. This brings me to Fernando. I am helping a friend start his own company. We had issues with email's not getting to you that showed sent and exactly what we needed to provide. I got transferred to Fernando. He worked with me, sent me forms, followed up the posting. This was the best service that I have ever received.. It saved me a lot of time and frustration. I cannot praise him enough.
