I am writing to express my gratitude and appreciation for Rachel at the Sonora office. We visited to obtain a permit for my daughter who has desperately been waiting to start her driver learner period with the Covid shut down. Despite the extreme circumstances, Rachel was mindful of public health safety, helpful and efficient and a joy to meet. She is a true asset to DPS and deserves recognition and appreciation as a front line worker putting herself at risk daily by serving Texans.
