I would like to highly commend Jim for his most professional and caring attitude. After attempting to get an appointment via internet and failing to do so, I visited the office. The first person at the door was Jim. I told him what I needed and he fixed it to where I could enter and make an appointment. I was so relieved. First Impressions count.
