I would like to reach out and express my sincere appreciation for State Trooper J. Diaz. Often times when citizens are pulled over by police they are less than enthusiastic at the interaction, myself included. I was fortunate enough to interact with Trooper J. Diaz who acted both quickly and professionally given the current situation of COVID-19. Often time’s officers are described as lacking a “human element” but thankfully this was restored by Trooper Diaz. I thank Trooper Diaz for his part I’m helping stop the spread of COVID-19, protecting Dallas, and our great State of Texas.
