Juanita helped me get a new Texas driver license when moving here from Indiana. I was so impressed!! She was very conscious of the fact that there were a lot of people waiting for her, but she never lost her cool. She was respectful of the person she was helping in that she provided the individual with her full attention and spoke softly so as to maintain confidentiality. I was clueless in the process, but she guided me through it and made me feel welcomed! Kudos to Juanita!!
