My wife was pulled over by Officer Dominguez. He was safe, courteous, and respectful throughout the process. He was not condescending in any way, and seemed genuinely concerned about public safety. Regardless my view of whether an infraction actually took place, I think during this time when police officers are constantly criticized, it’s important to acknowledge when they do their jobs with professionalism and courtesy, and Officer Dominguez did that.
