I had an appointment to renew my license. I conveniently checked in by cell phone a few minutes early and was greeted at the door by a friendly employee. She asked me if I had all my documentation before allowing me to enter. The system sent me a text message instructing me on which counter to go to as I entered. The employee who issued my new license, Michael Thomas was just as friendly and helpful as the previous employee. I appreciate the convenient scheduling and check-in system and the employees who made my dreaded trip to the DL office a pleasure.
