I just had the most pleasant experience renewing my driver license that I have ever had and I'm 66. From the people outside checking you in, to the woman asking the civic questions and taking your temperature, to Melissa who was helping with my renewal, it was all aces. Melissa greeted me, asked how she could help and did a bang up job getting me processed which included a short trip outside to get my passport from my wife because I forgot it.
