I was a bit nervous about going to the DPS office during COVID. I went to the Garland Mega Center and everything was very easy. The appointment system worked perfectly, and getting in and out was a breeze. Everyone I interacted with was masked and friendly, and Abdul was very patient and kind as he processed my name change.
