I would like to say the measures and precautions during my appointment were awesome. I had been nervous days before, just because I did not know how it would be. It made me feel safe and comfortable. I would like to thank Jaslyn she helped me with renewing my DL. She explained to me, that unfortunately the DPS does not accept laminated birth certificate. She then proceeded to explain where I could get my birth certificate, and even wrote down the address of the courthouse. She was very patient with me and understanding. That in itself made me feel important and heard. I was able to get my DL, thanks to her.
