I went to the DPS to renew my license and Jacqueline assisted me. I filled out the wrong form, she gave me the right form and helped me complete it. She was patient and kind. I was nervous and she made my anxiety disappear. It was pain free. I want to say thank you to her and God bless. I hope all of you are doing well and keeping safe.
