Thank you Michelle for such a fast turnaround with my Texas license. Due to being in the military stationed in Germany I was unable to make it to the office or submit online. With her assistance the process was easy and seamless. She understood the issue that I initially had, having to wait over six months after submitting my packet, back and forth over email and phone with everyone else only to receive no results.
