I recently had an appointment at the New Braunfels location. I was missing a few documents and Rosa was the absolute best with helping me out and being patient by allowing me to email her the documents I was missing. Losing an appointment due to missing documents can be a very frustrating experience, however thanks to her I was able to take care of everything. It’s been a while since I’ve come across someone as helpful as she was in any working environment and I just wanted to express my gratitude and thank you again Rosa for all the help, you’re the best!!
