I am writing to provide a kudos to Liz and the other employees who served me at the Waco Driver License Office. I was incredibly pleased with the precautions being taken by the employees at the office, especially as COVID cases in Texas continue to rise. Each employee with whom I interacted was kind and cheerful. When my number was called, I was assigned to Liz’s desk. She greeted me with a smile (I could tell even with the mask) and she was continuously kind throughout my visit. I had brought an incorrect paper and she graciously walked me through the steps of having my husband email the correct paper. She exercised great patience with me as my application process ended up taking a bit longer than it should have. Additionally, she never once expressed frustration or disdain toward me as a few bumps occurred along the way. I was very grateful to have been assigned to her (though, I believe many of the employees at the office were pleasant and kind). I want to say thank you to Liz for working with me, being patient, and offering only kindness during my visit.
