I am currently seven months pregnant and I think Mariela could tell I was uncomfortable standing for so long. She was very efficient and seemed to be expediting the process so I could get out of the office quickly. I was thankful. However, near the end of my appointment I started feeling very light headed. I let her know, and she (along with other nearby office employees) promptly grabbed me a chair to sit down in, along with a cold water bottle, and some sugar candies to spike my blood sugar levels. She also informed my husband (who was waiting outside for his appointment time) to come inside and be with me. If it wasn’t for Mariela’s prompt attention and assistance, I would have fainted in the office and would have had to call an ambulance. After I was feeling better and resting in my air conditioned car, it was time for my husband’s appointment. She then even went as far to help him quickly and get him out of the offices so he could be with me again. Thank you Mariela! And to everyone else that assisted! I am truly thankful!
