I recently visited the DPS office in Columbus to get my daughter her permit to drive. Angela was greeting people outside and checking them in. She was very friendly and professional. We ended up not having the correct documentation and she helped us reschedule our appointment. She was awesome!!!! She even went out of her way to help us and let us know where we could print what was needed since we were not familiar with the city. She was very helpful and what she didn't know, she made sure to go find out making sure we had all the information we needed. I watched her interact with other customers as well in a friendly, professional and welcoming manner. I am hoping she will be helping us when we go back in as well.
