What a nice lady! Great sense of humor while she processed my daughter on her 16th birthday to take her driver test. My kiddo was a little nervous and lots excited; LaRonda was positive and encouraging and even reminded her that if she didn't pass it wasn't a failure, but a learning opportunity. So nice for my daughter to have such a great intro to an office of public service! Also, we love the new system of appointments and limited access. Took a little planning to secure a birthday appointment but was worth it and we appreciated the speed at which we were processed. The kid passed, by the way!
