My husband and I went into the Rockwall office to renew our driver license. We made an appointment online two and a half months previously. The online site explains what documents you need to bring and not to arrive prior to 30 minutes before your appointment. We were amazed at the efficiency and courtesy of the ladies who helped renew our license. They were very upbeat and helpful and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Please, if we could only continue this appointment process when we need to apply for or renew license in the future it would be so much easier and expedient than in the past, before covid. Job well done and well-coordinated.
