We took our daughter to get her driver license at the Plano office. While most of the procedures right are due to COVID-19, it does seem like the system is much more streamlined and efficient. I am not sure how much you will be able to keep it the appointment system this way in the future, but we really liked it so much better than what our experience was like in the past. Thank you!
