I had to renew my driver license in person this year. I was very lucky to get Felicia as the person who helped me! She was very kind and personable. For some unknown reason, I always get nervous and feel intimidated when I have to deal with the government at any level, but Felicia's friendly, non-intimidating manner immediately put me at ease. She also thanked me for the donations that I gave to the various charities listed on the form. I left the Texas DPS office in McKinney with a big smile on my face!
