On August 6th, my wife and I were driving on HWY 90 west towards Del Rio. Unaware of the speed limit, which apparently I exceeded, I was summoned by Officer Flores to pull over. Upon approach, Officer Flores identified himself and asked if I was aware of the speed limit. I would like to commend Officer Flores for his understanding, compassion and more importantly, his PROFESSIONALISM, during this citation. I believe Officer Flores is a credit to the Texas Department of Public Safety, his demeanor and professionalism should be a model to future officers of your department.
