I took my son to get his permit at the Austin DPS on N. Lamar and was so thoroughly impressed by the excellent level of service and kindness offered up by every employee who helped guide us through the process. From the officer who opened the door for us and took our temperatures per covid guidelines, to the employees at the front table providing us proper forms and instructions, to eventually Sabrina who was a pleasant and knowledgeable person.
