I was scheduled at the Carrollton DPS office to have my license renewed. The entire experience at this office was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at the DPS. I would like to recognize and say thank you to the entire staff for the pleasant atmosphere and for the prompt service rendered. I would also like to specifically acknowledge Harriet Cross for sharing her pleasant and happy demeanor with everyone who entered into the DPS. After a long work day, they made this experience pleasant and easy.
