I thought it was very important for me to bring to your attention what a wonderful experience I had renewing my driver license. It had been many, many years since I've had to renew in person so I was not sure what to expect this morning. This was a well-thought out, first-class operation (and in the time of COVID-19), from the on-line registration process to all the people I interacted with at the 6121 North Lamar location. Kudos to Shawn Thompson!
