Norma is one special employee of DPS. Recently had my driver license renewed at the DPS office in Columbus. She has more jobs and duties for one person to handle. She greets you at the door, takes temperature, and handles the necessary paperwork all the while with professionalism, courtesy and a smile. Norma deserves a paid vacation, pay raise something having to endure verbal abuse I am sure on a daily basis. Thank you Norma for your service.
