I had a 10:00 appointment at the Lake Worth DPS office. I was nervous and expected it to be a long and difficult chore, but I was warmly greeted and my entire experience was positive and pleasant. The office was open, airy and clean. Everyone I had contact with was respectful, polite, patient and helpful. I arrived early and my license renewal was handled efficiently, finishing before my appointment time. What an amazing office!
