I would like to give kudos to the staff, giving the current conditions. You guys rock! Thank you for the professionalism. I personally would like to think Sunil for his time and patience with me as I had just undergone rotator cuff surgery. I did not know that I was supposed to bring another form of identification, I guess I overlooked that when I made my appointment. However, I'm glad I live close because he gave me the opportunity to go home and get my passport. Long story short I've worked in customer service all my life and he's so far has been the best with handling situations such as this. I truly appreciate all of the efforts that it takes to work under conditions such as these. Keep up the wonderful work! And it was a great picture!
