Lisa went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed to renew my license and still make my appointment. She easily could have asked me to reschedule another appointment when I did not have my paperwork all together. She gave me the info I needed to obtain all necessary paperwork quickly and made it back in time. I work out of town primarily and it would have been a struggle get another appointment. Even though she did not know this, she helped me out tremendously unaware of my situation. All that said, thank you for a wonderful employee that prides herself in customer service.
