I visited the San Angelo Driver License office to apply for a replacement DL after having my wallet (and DL) stolen from my purse while shopping. Everything about my visit and experience far surpassed my expectations. Erica assisted me and she was kind, compassionate, efficient and so pleasant. She understood that the theft incident had left me feeling vulnerable and she went out of her way to validate my feelings and to be encouraging and empowering. It was such a stark contrast to a typical encounter of this type that I just had to write and give her kudos and my heartfelt thank you. She is a fabulous employee and deserves all the commendations!
