We met with Mary at the South Austin Driver License Office for our appointment for my daughter's learner permit. I wanted to take the time to commend Mary for her exceptional and friendly service. I had an outdated application form, and she was so helpful and understanding and allowed us to fill out the correct form on the spot while she began to process our documents.
