I would like to recognize and commend Rachel for her outstanding service and dedication while administering the Class B Exempt driving test. Rachel exhibited a high standard of respect, courtesy, professionalism, and safety, from the Covid, during the entire process. Rachel's ability to work well with her co-worker allowed me to transition from the written test right into the driving test without much wait time. Rachel showed superb knowledge and understanding of her job responsibilities and was able to communicate good and clear instructions during the entire driving test. Rachel was also clear on the expectations from me as a driver and her role as she would be conducting the test. Rachel did a good job to point out good driving habits and the habits I need to improve on to become a safer driver. Thank you Rachel and continue the outstanding work and service!
