I had an appointment with the Old Galveston Rd location in Webster and would like to speak with a supervisor or manager regarding the exemplary customer service I received by one of your employees. All employees were wearing Donate Life shirts and I thanked them for wearing the shirts and promoting organ donation. Monica saw I was emotional and inquired if I was ok. I explained my son died and was an organ donor. She was so sweet and made my license process so smooth and quick. When I got home and saw the second page of my documents I found a sticky note with a personal message. Please please please pass on my recognition to this employee who went above and beyond, who exemplifies outstanding customer service, who was so professional and proficient, and who is an excellent employee for the State of Texas Dept of Public Safety!
