I recently went to the DPS to receive my first time Texas ID. My clerk, Joseph, was beyond helpful. Originally, I applied for my first time Texas ID but with his help, I was able to walk out with my driving permit which was very convenient for me. He made the process easier and faster than I expected, it was a great visit and he did a great job in helping me apply for it! Great customer service!
