I went in to have my TDL renewed at the Gessner location in Houston. Everyone was nice and doing their best to keep everyone moving during this social distance/covid time. Alexandra processed my form. She was kind, professional, explained things well, and overall just Great!! She made it a very pleasant experience!!! She was a great representation of how it should always be. Hats off to Alexandra!!
