I recently moved here from Louisiana and I had an appointment at the Plano site to get my TXDL. I have many compliments for the overall process and the staff. The appointment system is outstanding and efficient. The text/email reminders and the ability to check-in were super. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! The safety protocols for COVID seemed right on target and made me feel comfortable. At each stage of the process, the staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. I know it’s a hard job with the general public and in such a challenging time for us all. I hope you'll keep the online appointments available even after the pandemic goes away.
