Julian’s efforts went above and beyond in communicating personally to us. I realize that the Covid-19 has delayed routine processing and I can’t imagine the backlog you all have to work through. However, Julian’s call gave us such a joyous relief. There is no substitute for personal touch and I cannot overstate how grateful we are to have heard from him.
