I was at my local DPS office and ended up working with Andrea Wade to get my Driver license renewed. I am an Air Force veteran and she took the time to guide me through the process so I would not have to pay the renewal fee and was such a friendly and pleasant person to work with. It took me a while to figure out from the ebenefits how to get her the paperwork that was needed, but she was so patient and kind. If this is what renewing in person is like, I no longer dread it. There was a veteran on your staff who was also very helpful, but I did not catch his name. I liked the appointment process.
