Chad was very kind, polite, efficient, and professional when he was helping me apply for my in-person driver license renewal. He was very patient in waiting for me to fill out forms and produce documents. He even came from behind his cubicle to hold the door open for me to exit the building. Kudos to Texas DPS for hiring folks like Chad Maxey. And to think I was dreading this visit!
