Jenilee was friendly, helpful, and patient while staying efficient while explaining to myself and another the steps to renewing an ID card. Visits to the Corpus Christi office can be a bit confusing to those of us who don't go all the time. She cleared all of that confusion up in minutes. She also helped us get back in line since we had to leave to get a document and return. She was having difficulty with her computer equipment the whole time and was very apologetic, but we still got served quickly.
