I recently had to go in person to get my license renewed. I was dreading it. I just knew it would be a mess. I just knew I would be in a room with a ton of other people and waiting for hours. I was wrong! I showed up 30 minutes early, renewed my license, and was in my car 15 minutes later. I was home even before my appointment time. Everything ran so smoothly. All, and I mean all, the employees I came in contact with were so happy and fun to be around. They were not rushed or having to listen to people complain. This was the best experience I have ever had both here and in CA where I'm from. I hope you guys keep it this way from now on. I don't know how realistic that is, but I had a great experience.
