I just wanted to send a note of appreciation for the new appointment only system the DPS has enacted. Having waited in the past for over six hours I really like this new system. LaRonda assisted me at the Plano DPS, had me in and out in 20 minutes. I hope this continues in the future. I did also appreciate all the safety measures they had in place due to Covid.
