I am writing you today in regards to the outstanding customer service experience I had with one of your employees. I called Amy Petrick today with the hopes that I could have a CAPPS issue clarified. Amy’s demeanor and patience was well marked by her clear and calm voice. She provided a great depth of knowledge on the subject matter I was inquiring about. If the Department had more people with her skill sets I know we would be in a better place. Thanks to you and your team.
