I had the best experience having my license renewed at the Dacoma location. It was a busy day because some of us were rescheduled after Hurricane Beta. The process with covid screening was quick and efficient. I waited in my car for a few minutes before being called inside. There were only 17 chairs available for waiting and people were called fairly soon after sitting down. I hope you will keep some or all of this service post covid. It was really nice that people were not allowed to bring multiple family members with them. It was a quieter more relaxing atmosphere. I noticed the employees were much more happy, friendly and relaxed. I wonder if they have noticed an improvement in their quality of work life. Keep up the good work!
