PERFECT experience at New Braunfels DPS today. We came in from Austin for my daughter's permit. We were greeted at the door, handed our wait ticket (no need to fumble around figuring out check-in machines) and within a minute we were called back. We were fully expecting a very long wait, despite having an appointment. Our clerk was competent and quick and we were back out the door within 20 min. That has never happened to me in all my life. Hats off to New Braunfels for showing us what an efficient service the DPS can be. The only problem, of course, is that now we can never go to another location again and my daughter will have high expectations of every DPS for evermore. You deserved the compliment today. Thank you.
