My wife and I had a tire blowout on September 29, 2020. State Trooper Goch stopped immediately upon seeing us pulled over. He was so polite and asked if we needed assistance. He offered to change the flat tire for us and we accepted his kind help. I am a disabled retired military veteran and was unable to change tire. God answered our prayer that day thru Trooper Goch, and I would like to say thank you again to him and let all his superiors know what a wonderful, caring person they have working for the citizens of this great state of Texas. He went above and beyond for us that day.
