I would love to compliment Jessica. I arrived at the DPS unaware that I needed a letter from my former state indicating that my expired license had an extension. Jessica kindly stayed late and went through the process to obtain that letter for me. With[out] her help and kindness I would have gone home empty handed. Jessica was kind, respectful, diligent, and patient throughout the entire process. She is a credit to the DPS!
